Cloudshare Performs As Advertised!
Overall Satisfaction with CloudShare
I think it helped a lot with our virtual training more than anything. I think the hardest part of any business is getting everyone on the same page, and sometimes software can be the issue that causes that to happen. With Cloudshare, I felt our processes were a lot smoother when it was time for some virtual learning, especially during the hurdles of the last two years!
Pros
- View Learners Progress.
- Saving Snaps of Progress.
- User Interface is really simple.
Cons
- Took more time to onboard everyone with how to use it.
- VM can be very slow at times.
- Feel like some process are overcomplicated.
- The Lab Environment.
- Create training.
- Testing Systems.
- Saving a lot of time with our virtual trainings.
- Easy to learn the product.
- Allowed us to focus on what was important rather than faulty software.
I just felt that Azure had little to no help on the base tiers, whereas with Cloudshare, I felt a fuller "user experience" as it pertains to getting help when I and when my team needed it. I think that was the biggest and main thing in my opinion. In this software space, sometimes the little things can be the difference in picking one software over the other, and that basically was it for us!
