Good product if a little limited
Overall Satisfaction with Clustermarket
Whenever we contact customer support, they respond quickly, are helpful and sort our issues, and give tips on how to work the system better - We use Clustermarket to book desks rather than lab space, it works well but we have found it would be good to have a cut off date to stop people booking too far in advance and then automatically open booking up again for say another month. The team are really helpful and Nathan has solved many issues for me.
Pros
- They have merged two labs into one for me
- They have added more labs for me as my institution has them locked
- They have told me how i am unable to change bulk access times and have to go into each person to change
Cons
- It would be good to have a time limit to book stuff out like 3/4 months
- It would be useful to be able to print reports of users and their details and download so you can pick all user up to contact in one hit
- Ability to change access times/ rooms etc on a bulk upload - so select several or all people and add specific access rather than have to go into each person
- not sure as i am only a very small part of a big organisation
Clustermarket was all that was available to us at the time and I believe there is still nothing more suitable other than Microsoft bookings but I prefer Clustermarket.
