  • More human element in the review of assessments.
  • Expanding beyond a single score for employers.
  • More variety in assessment questions.
  • Coding questions.
  • Ability for standardized scoring.
  • Lot of interviews and opportunities.
CodeSignal is better for most standardized assessments, but HackerRank has more customizability.
