Fast Internet with Easy Troubleshooting
Overall Satisfaction with Comcast Business Internet
We have Comcast Business fiber, coax, tv, and phone lines. We also make use of their back up services.
Pros
- Portal management. It makes it super easy to see issues with modems and other equipment.
- Customer service. They are normally quick to respond and send someone out.
- Wonderful internet service. We use a lot of different carriers in our multitude of buildings and Comcast is always the most reliable.
Cons
- Phone line management. Sometimes is a little hard to see all of them.
- Sometimes too much security. If you don't have the authorized user, it can be annoying to get them to do anything for you
- Fast support so less down time during internet outages.
- Easy to pay bills so less likely to have accounts closed off (which is an issue on some other ISPs for us)
- Offers great speeds to help employees perform their best
- SpectrumVOIP and Spectrum Business (part of Charter Communications)
Spectrum doesn't give a great view of all our accounts in one portal. You have to log into each account individually and when you have 20+ locations with them, that gets to be hard to maintain. There is a unified billing portal, but it doesn't let you name the accounts and you can only pay them by account number, which makes documentation hard for our accounting team. Comcast has neither of these issues. All troubleshooting and billing is done in one portal and it is very customizable.
