Overall Satisfaction with Commvault Cloud powered by Metallic AI

We are using Commvault Cloud powered by Metallic AI to back up SalesForce instances for two different parts of the business. And in the near future, we'll be using it for M365.

Pros

  • Backs up up cloud workloads
  • Ease of use for on-prem customers of Commvault

Cons

  • More integration between on-prem and cloud instances
  • Commercials should favour a customer that uses both on prem and cloud
  • We did not have a proper backup solution for Salesforce, so very positive response
  • Same goes for M365 in the near future
Because it seems to be overall very usable :-)
