we leverage the Conga Advantage CPQ for our Global goto market order capture scenario for product sales and services contract quoting. It helps with making sure the Configuration correctness and quality of order are upheld.

- establish a global quoting platform across the company

while we leverage configuration rules to a great extent, the process of administration to setup the product structures and rules has its challenges. the system also does not provide a robust workspace type of an environment to validate the administration setups causing additional process to be established prior to releasing to the field for quoting. we do not use pricing rules and digital commerce
