Overall Satisfaction with Conga Advantage CPQ

We are using Pros pricing optimization product to drive better pricing and maximize our margin. We will implement it for international regions for all product lines.

Pros

  • AI dynamic pricing recommendation
  • Data model is flexible and configurable
  • Real time integration

Cons

  • Will need to understand how to use the analytics dashboard for insights
  • Incorporate more general marketing competitor data source

For target price setting, yes.
Pricing is ok. However, the configuration and deal analysis really take long time and back and forth, need time improving on configurations.
