Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

I have used Conga CLM to integrate with Salesforce and provide value to clients by automating merging of data into relevant documents.

Pros

  • Merging Data
  • Allowing for digging into related data
  • Creating different document types

Cons

  • Making the UX/UI more friendly with drag and drop
  • Smart spacing between words without adding line depth
  • AI smart fill
  • Saves time on manual processes
  • automates details
  • At least 2 minutes of copy/paste eliminated
Their product team is very responsive in upgrades
Not for me personally, but clients like the functionality
I like the flexibility compared to docusign's product
