Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We have used Conga CLM (Conga Contracts) tool for end-to-end agreement life cycle management, including capturing the digital signatures and storing agreement documents to fulfill the FDA legal and compliance requirements.

Cons

  • Accuracy of contracts and digital signature integration.
  • X Authors and templates.
  • Advanced Approvals.
It's a flexible solution and easy to implement; most of the required features are inbuilt and easy to configure, and it takes less time to go live. The only issue I saw with this tool is it's still using Visualforce pages.
  1. It greatly helped our business to overcome the contract life cycle challenges and increased accuracy and tracking of the agreement changes. Especially it helped to clear some of the legal and regulatory requirements.
DocuSign CLM takes time to implement the solution, and as per our analysis, Conga CLM has the edge on Advanced approvals and XAuthor and templates.

The tool is great for end-to-end contract lifecycle management and document change tracking and management, It also fulfills the regulatory requirements for our organization.

Using Conga CLM

30 - We use Conga CLM for Contract life cycle management activities like HCP engagement, different types of agreement generation which includes MSA ,NDA,IIS research and CTI types. we use X-author to track the document changes and redlining . We use Conga CLM native advanced approvals , CLM docusign for capturing digital signatures from internal and external users.
1 - Basic salesforce knowledge is must to have. Salesforce admin experience is preferable and salesforce development is great to have

Tool looks great and our business users liked it and our core CRM is already on salesforce system and we dont have to bring in data from other systems
