Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used Conga CLM (Conga Contracts) tool for end-to-end agreement life cycle management, including capturing the digital signatures and storing agreement documents to fulfill the FDA legal and compliance requirements.

Scalability

It's a flexible solution and easy to implement; most of the required features are inbuilt and easy to configure, and it takes less time to go live. The only issue I saw with this tool is it's still using Visualforce pages.

Simplification

It greatly helped our business to overcome the contract life cycle challenges and increased accuracy and tracking of the agreement changes. Especially it helped to clear some of the legal and regulatory requirements.

DocuSign CLM takes time to implement the solution, and as per our analysis, Conga CLM has the edge on Advanced approvals and XAuthor and templates.
