Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

Conga has been a great company to work with. Their products are top notch. We use CLM at my employer and we have automated several contract processes saving a lot of manual work. It also has allowed the contracting organization to stay on top of reviews and red lines provided by internal and external parties. I truly recommend their products

Cons

  • Licensing can be a bit confusing from time to time.
  • The product is great but sometimes their implementation partners fumble it.
  • Able to handle multiple languages can be confusing
  • Saved time with end to end contracting process
  • One stop shop for templates
  • Track all the changes and life of an agreement

It has. It gave the contracting organization the visibility they needed to track agreements and stay on top of their operations.

Document automation is great.
It runs on top of Salesforce, which reduces time for training and adoption.
Document repository is very good. Having that one stop shop for people to consult agreements is top notch.
The templates and clause library gives freedom to contract individuals.
The seamless integration with Word is really cool as well.
