Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We utilize Conga Contracts in order to store and update contract data, notify users of events, and keep track of expiration and renewal dates

Cons

  • Ability to create more than 2 notification messages for one notification event
  • Time saving in that contracts and contracts documentation are available online via the cloud
  • Usability across the organization via event alerts.
We do not utilize the revenue aspect of Conga, just the contract management. We are focused on tracking our contract start and end dates as well as notifying users of any possible events or reviews that are required. The wonderful usefulness of this tracking however is beneficial to our organization.
Conga CLM has greatly benefited our contract lifecycle management. We are able to notify users across the organization of multiple event alerts including co tract expiration, contract extensions, contract evaluations, etc. With this information really available, we can always figure out what is going on with any of our contracts.

The system works well when you have an idea how to use it. It can be used in a multitude of ways that work for you if you are willing to put the work in.
