As all of our sales and contracting processes are through the Salesforce system with Conga CLM we are able to manage and keep customer data easily and track many components that are needed for various levels of the company.
Pros

- Allowing for controls in generating documents
Cons
- Some of the decisions that are made when creating an agreement can cause some questions or confusion, such as how configurations "save"
- A better way to allow for revisions that transition forward (as we have written our own revision process.)
- The time saved for our Legal team to generate and go through redlining for customers allows us to process the create the multitude of contracts that come through the system daily quickly and correctly.
- Sales is able to get accurate information relatively quickly and get contracts in customers hands faster due to the tools available. This provides our business a much more sustainable and quick ability to grow.
Conga CLM has certainly simplified our CLM. Not only is sales more easily able to get information to legal for generating quickly, but also legal is able to more easily handle things like red lines, or special requests without full manual edits needed.
