Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

In our organization, we use Conga CLM to be our system of record for all of our agreements and approvals. we have had to customize the product which causes difficulties in the timing that it takes to be able to implement a change.

Pros

  • easy layout
  • allows for customization

Cons

  • its ugly
  • lack of support
  • great place to be our system of record due to ease of integrations
we need to remove our customizations to be able to fully utilize.

x-author 2.0 is great, just a little slow and we are having issues with templates created in 1.0 to play nicely with 2.0
