Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

In our organization, we are Currently using Conga Contracts fka Novatus for contract review/redline/workflow process and central repository.

Pros

  • parent-child family contract structure
  • Esign via DocuSign

Cons

  • needs better dashboards for administrators
  • needs better reporting functionality
  • has no AI...needs some functionality
  • we've had "Novatus" for 10 years...we believe we're paying too much for what we're getting out of it.
Our challenge is we're unable to use self-service features due to constraints of having to work off customer paper.

there are so many other products (even within Conga) that offer so much more functionality than the current Conga Contracts. It's too manual heavy.
