Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM
In my organization, I use Conga Contracts to manage the life cycle of all third party contracts, in addition to on boarding and managing client contracts. We use approval flows and manage audit tracking.

- I think there is room for improvement in Conga Contracts because, in my opinion, Conga Contracts is not user friendly

I do not use the clause library on the Conga Contracts but that would be helpful!
