Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We have been using Conga CLM to automate our contract management processes. Having spent a fair degree of years researching for a cloud based platform that offers a comprehensive solution our organisation finalized on CLM. The usecase that Conga CLM provides is managing contracts from creation to expiration, this has helped our company improve our efficiency and reducing the risk. Further, Conga has helped us with their single depository feature which has greatly ensured us with timely access and sharing consistent information across various departments.

Pros

  • Easy to integrate with other software tools like Salesforce
  • Automate Manual tasks reducing time and risk
  • Providing solution to contract management by enabling a single depository to access all information
  • Timely support from the Customer team of Conga available for any queries related to integration or issues faced.

Cons

  • Despite providing a single depository they can add some more features more AI automated solutions to improve UI experience of customers like myself
  • The biggest positive impact is it's automated solutions process and single depository storage
  • Another added advantage would be easy integration with other platforms like Salesforce which greatly improves productivity
  • UI and support is very good, but there is definitely a scope to improve their UI to make it more visually appealing
  • Easier to access and share with excellent security and compliance
Our organisation has been using this platform for the last 5 months and so-far the product has massively helped us scale our processes across various departments especially operations and legal. In addition, the platform has also helped the legal team improve their contract storage prior having to manually store important documents.
Yes. It has definitely improved the life cycle of contract management especially for the legal department of our organisation having prior struggled to find a platform with great UI that simplifies majority of the day tasks. Further, the improved safety feature has helped us implement this across all departments since past 2 months. In one word "Magnificent" is what I would call the product.
The biggest stack up the Conga CLM provides is their UI, Salesforce is good but the legal department has struggled to implement their solutions with help from the tech department. Another added, advantage would be the security mentioned prior improved scalability, reduced timely risks and increase of productivity have made CLM standout from the other products.

If you're a Medium size enterprise looking forward to improve your contract management integration of this platform massively is a life-saver providing solutions to improve document storage by providing a single depository of all contracts with easy access, improving reduced storage thanks to cloud and saving time to access having needed to only open this depository with all the necessary documents. Further, they provide AI automated solutions that has made it easier to integrate and their timely help.
