Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

A majority of our contracts in Conga CLM are on the sell side. We have thousands of customers and tens of thousands of historical documents. Conga CLM serves as a repository for the historical documents and termed client accounts. For our active clients, we use the Conga CLM to produce their agreements.

Pros

  • keep agreement records organized

Cons

  • document storage and retrieval
  • the ability to quickly move agreements through the process has been challenging. We still have portions of our contract life cycle that are manual and performed outside of the Conga CLM
we do not currently have any automations turned on

we had a project where we needed to pull fully executed agreements from hundreds of records. The "folder" where documents are stored does not have the ability to select specific files. This ended up being a manual process for us
