Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM
We use Conga CLM to help manage the contracting process across our business. The main issues that we’re working towards fixing with Conga CLM are reducing contract turnaround time, promote visibility of the contract process, leverage work flows to track approvals, and ultimately we’re looking to turn contracting into an advantage for our company.
Pros
- The CSM and CSE teams are great to work with.
- Conga CLM workflows are easily configured to meet our organization’s complex requirements.
Cons
- The product renewal process went poorly when we renewed and had a negative impact on our relationship.
- More visibility into the contract process
- Reduced contract turnaround time
- Integration has allowed us to associate the contract record with other aspects of the deal such as the offer and the opportunity
