Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

In our organization, I'm the contract administrator. Conga CLM helps to keep our contracts housed and keeps us SOX compliant.

Pros

  • manages our contract flow
  • stores contracts
  • tracks contracts expiring

Cons

  • In my experience, there is room for improvement in Conga CLM because We have to submit tickets to make non-bau changes
  • improved compliance
For our organization, Conga CLM is more complex than prior contract processing however, Conga CLM keeps all approvals and documents in one place
