Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

Business problem - tracking the benefit contract life cycle - from inception of benefit configuration to contract generation and fullfillment

Cons

  • in benefit contract - there are state specific and generic rules. it would be good to identify clauses and status by LOB
  • while Conga CLM saved time in certain aspects, process ended up in more time due to lack of user adoption and complex UI (user interface)
I gave Conga CLM this scalability rating because, in my opinion, Conga CLM has potential to exapand
