Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

Using Conga CLM in our organization, we capture specific contractual data within the Agreement record and use as a central source of truth for contract related items.

Pros

  • Data capture
  • Reporting
  • Final signature completion.

Cons

  • Intuitive Data Mapping (Use of actual month, rather than number)
  • Easier clause library building
  • Visibility into actual status (not so generic)
We are only CLM users so scalability is dependent upon prior agreements with third party vendors
Conga CLM has allowed users to be a little more proactive, but will be more simplified when using correctly.
