Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer in our development Dept to merge custom letters to the donors recent gift. It automates the process and produces the letter needed for the acknowledgment.

Salesforce has other apps that work with it that provide good alternatives to conga composer, such as Apsona document merge. Apsona provides a very cost effective and easy to use product that does as many letters as you want at half the cost. Both products are valuable to our organization.

The product does good for one specific merge template, but it needs additional products from conga to provide automation for more than one letter. Eg. donor one needs June letter, donor two needs May letter, donor 3 needs a regular donor letter. You would have to separate the donors into different merge as it can only do one letter at a time out of the box.
