Conga Composer is key and essential part of our business without this product we would be back to the days of printing and fed-ex envelops.
We use the Conga Composer for New Account Forms, Account Updates Forms, and Invoicing

Pros
- Gathers data quickly from an outside source to populate forms
- Ease of Use and Set-Up - Creating queries to gather data and create forms.
- Flexible - Conga composer provides the ability to customize your business within their products
Cons
- Resources are all over the place and can be hard to find informaton
- Difficult to manage the system with API calls - The current setup makes it hard to view when thresholds are close
- They need to market & promote online / e-signature more.
- Prior to Conga Impletion it used to take between 2-3 weeks to open an account now it takes less than 1 day
- Prior Conga we would send invoices 3 weeks after posting date now they are 1 day after posting date.
