Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We specially use the Conga Composer as a background service to deliver custom document in order to provide a complete automated solution.

Pros

  • Integration has been quite easy and also the documentation is detailed.
  • details extraction from source data and fields merging is comprehensive

Cons

  • When something goes wrong the service response doesn't provide any detail on the root cause so it's difficult to troubleshoot.
  • The suite of tools offered by Conga Composer allows for cost cutting
  • We standardize different business processes over the composition and signature processes
Conga Composer tools need a bit of time to get hold of but they're powerful.
In my opinion, not really business user's friendly though
We handle document generation, versioning and review directly in Salesforce using the Conga Composer tools
