We use Conga Composer to generate pricing documents for internal and external resources.

Pros

  • Automate document generation
  • Format fields and information based on specifications
  • Deliver documents to multiple people my various methods

Cons

  • Some variables and settings could use more definition on why they’re used
  • Time savings on document generation
  • Accommodating global users
  • More unified template
We were able to take a configuration we did not implement and make updates easily
Our internal and external resources receive their updated document in real time which saves them time and effort as well.
