Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

In our organization, We use Conga Composer for document generation for members (customers) via Conga buttons, some with member data and some without. Looking for ways to improve time it takes to generate new templates.

Pros

  • maintenance updates
  • push release updates
  • all the Composer pararmeters--so many and so useful

Cons

  • need to improve the time it takes users to generate a Composer document (merge, etc.)
  • reduced errors in document generation
Conga Composer does take some learning/training
It has helped automate repetitive customer documents and reduce manual errors.
