In our organization, we use Conga Composer for Insurance document generation, tax document generation, sending with Conga sign, policy document generation

Pros

  • Document Generation
  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Easy sending generated documents to eSign applications

Cons

  • Error messages are often obtuse
  • Use of visualforce in managed packages/Salesforce integration
  • Massively saves time in document generation
Generally good when following the process very closely and slowly, but if there is an error it is often hard to pinpoint the issue.
