Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

At IAG we use Conga Composer for quote document generation and automatically send via email during insurance quoting process. This process has other tools behind the screen such as Conga Trigger and Conga Queries. This eliminate hardcopy printing and mailing, saving many man hours and cost and also human errors.

  • Use of Word Templates which easy to modify if required
  • Merging of the fields from Salesforce objects
  • Easy to use triggers such as buttons
  • Total customisation of how we want it to trigger
