Conga Composer Creator has allowed our small agency to compete with the Big Dogs

Our agency uses Conga Composer to put together an Employee Benefit Booklet for every client. We also use Conga Composer for our Quoting and Renewal process. We are a Benefits Brokerage and Conga Composer has allowed us to provide very professional reports to even our smallest clients. We have templates in place which makes this very user friendly. Every once in a while there is a formatting issue that arises but that's an easy fix once identified.

Before we were using Conga Composer, I was the only person in our office that was creating Employee Benefit Booklets and it was only for our larger clients. It was a long process so it wasn't cost effective to offer this to everyone. Now, there are several people in our office who know how to use our system and we are able to quickly create these Benefit Booklets for ALL of our clients in a matter or minutes. It makes us look much more professional and the smaller clients are so excited to be able to provide such a professional benefit package to their employees.
