Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

Conga has been used for certain scenarios, like there are specific AI use cases where they want to convert space to text and text to space. That’s where we’ve used Conga Composer — to compose that entire conversation and store it into Salesforce objects.

Pros

  • The product—well, I wouldn’t say translates, but it actually converts voice to text very well. It understands the use case pretty well in terms of what the user is saying, and then it converts that into text and stores it in the Salesforce variables, either within a custom object or a standard object.

Cons

  • I wouldn’t say there’s anything that needs improvement, but if there’s something that can be done, I would say we can actually try to plug it into the existing AgentForce, because customers may not want to purchase something extra. If it can be integrated with AgentForce, that would be really good.
  • I think they’re pretty confident in terms of how they’re using Conga. They’ve seen a very useful impact on the use cases they have. It’s pretty effective in terms of how it works. The quality and effectiveness of the product have made them use it for the long run.
Yeah, Conga is something that the client has selected. We asked them the same question — they believe they’re a long-time user of Conga and they have trust in that product. So that’s the reason.

Do you think Conga Composer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Conga Composer's feature set?

Yes

Did Conga Composer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Conga Composer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Conga Composer again?

Yes

I think it is suited whenever you’re using it for certain use cases. For example, when you have a use case where you are traveling — mostly MRs or sales reps who are on the field — they would want to use this product because they don’t want to type a lot. Rather, they can just press the voice button and record their voice. The agent should be able to do the authoring, and the Composer should be able to convert that into text and store it. So those use cases are pretty cool for Conga Composer. But for certain cases where you may not want to use voice a lot and instead rely more on typing or writing, those may not be good use cases.

Using Conga Composer

I do think the product is very fit for the market. The only thing is that it cannot fit all scenarios, and not every customer would want to use two different products for the same use case. Those are some of the areas where improvement is needed, but apart from that, the product is good.
