Conga Composer Review
Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer
Conga has been used for certain scenarios, like there are specific AI use cases where they want to convert space to text and text to space. That’s where we’ve used Conga Composer — to compose that entire conversation and store it into Salesforce objects.
Pros
- The product—well, I wouldn’t say translates, but it actually converts voice to text very well. It understands the use case pretty well in terms of what the user is saying, and then it converts that into text and stores it in the Salesforce variables, either within a custom object or a standard object.
Cons
- I wouldn’t say there’s anything that needs improvement, but if there’s something that can be done, I would say we can actually try to plug it into the existing AgentForce, because customers may not want to purchase something extra. If it can be integrated with AgentForce, that would be really good.
- I think they’re pretty confident in terms of how they’re using Conga. They’ve seen a very useful impact on the use cases they have. It’s pretty effective in terms of how it works. The quality and effectiveness of the product have made them use it for the long run.
Yeah, Conga is something that the client has selected. We asked them the same question — they believe they’re a long-time user of Conga and they have trust in that product. So that’s the reason.
