Order Form and Contract Generation based on Salesforce Data

Pros

  • Ability to read Salesforce data from quotes
  • Allows multiple tables

Cons

  • There is a lack of flexibility in the formatting (only tables)
  • Does not work well with anything other than word
  • Constant 404 Errors in the APIs
  • Save time on document creation
Our user mostly use this option since we have a very constant format, and not a lot of redlining

Less appropriate - Only allow for certain formatting, hard to use on anything other than Microsoft word, less reliability not fully up 100% of the time
