Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

We utilize Conga CPQ to manage our sales process. It's our way to manage our products, configuration, pricing and quotes. We are slowly growing to also add in the contract lifecycle as well.

The workflow approval process has streamlined the process. I believe it has brought more visibility into process that exist within the quoting cycle that take a long time. It hasn't solved all of our issues, but it has helped raise those questions of why is it this way and why do things take so long.
As long as the data is correct, the system is pulling what is programmed.

It does a great job of being able to build out configured projects, but it does not handle customizations beyond the pre-built configurations very well.
