Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

We use Conga CPQ to learn and test out new features, and understand what functionality can be used for automating business flows in the Quote to Cash space.

Pros

  • Intuitive, streamlined flow
  • Handles Enterprise level quotes
  • User friendly, guided selling

Cons

  • Support for 3rd party Product configurator is missing
  • Pricing engine needs to be made more robust
  • Handling of very large quotes is not there
  • Increase in speed to quote
  • Visibility to stage of quote in its lifecycle
  • Approval previews
