Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ
We're using Conga within our organization to create documents like order forms and contracts . It's so easy to generate and store documents and send them to your customers to sign. It made the entire process quite streamlined.The Conga composer and Conga sign integrates pretty well with Salesforce so it's a smooth process of document generation and mapping.
Pros
- The Conga composer helps to create and generate professional documents using templates within a couple if minutes.
- It also allows to change the file type of the document and make changes.
- It offers a lot of flexibility in terms of customization to your documents with templates and features.
- Conga sign makes it easy to have the contracts signed by the customer in an efficient way.
Cons
- Their pricing is pretty steep and they have been changing the pricing model a lot.
- The support offered is limited and not very helpful with technical issues.
- Once you create documents , there's no way to organize those documents.
- Improvement in our customer experience
- Reduction in the entire cycle of document generation to getting the contract signed
- Reduction in our overall sales cycle
It has saved a lot of time which was earlier required to create documents , make frequent changes which used to take days for having the final document and then sharing it with the client. It's also easier now to create professional documents with less time .
