Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise

The organization I work for, MotherG uses ConnectWise to keep track of our ticket history, client information, and marketing lists and campaigns. It keeps all employees accountable with the information we all need to use.
  • Marketing campaigns are well organized and easy to track and see other employees involvement.
  • Client lists with the decision maker are very organized and it's easy to target the right contact.
  • Writing notes in ConnectWise is a great way to make sure everyone sees what the last person did.
  • Can be difficult to learn at first.
  • Would be a cool feature to track marketing emails in ConnectWise.
  • Would be nice to have emails in ConnectWise that look more professional like ExpressPigeon.
  • Better customer service because of notes feature.
  • Great way for everyone at the company to know who the decision makers of our clients are.
I think for a managed services provider (MSP) company it's a perfect fit. Questions I would ask before using it would be:

  • Is it easy to use?
  • Can I create a customized template?
