Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We are using Cornerstone OnDemand for performance management internally and for the hiring process for internal positions as well as positions in the schools we support.
  • Links with HireVue.
  • Allows you to search candidates.
  • Shows previews of candidates' resumes.
  • Cornerstone OnDemand should be more flexible in allowing you to edit requisitions after they've been opened.
  • Cornerstone OnDemand should let you pull more data in a cleaner way.
  • Cornerstone OnDemand should allow you to see more candidate details without clicking into each profile.
  • It took us a long time to work through some of the kinks before actually becoming more efficient.
Cornerstone OnDemand is well suited to receive many applications at once, but does not always make it easy to manage requisitions that require edits. Cornerstone's performance suite can be useful as well, though I have a little less personal experience using this function.
