Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We are currently implementing the Cornerstone OnDemand for newly onboarding Learning Administrators.

Pros

  • Great collaboration
  • Interactive learning experience
  • Variety of important topics

Cons

  • Certain instances where the content is presented too broadly
  • positively facilitating a culture of elective learning
This is a great tool for facilitating newly appointed content administrators who will be using Cornerstone as their primary LMS.
