Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
CSOD is currently used throughout the entire organization. It addressed our previous lack of training structure. It also addressed our previous lack of training availability since a lot of employees ignored that we had so many training available.
- CSOD allows my organization to very well structure their training catalog.
- CSOD facilitates user engagement in their own development.
- The only thing that we would like to see improved in CSOD is the Learning Assignment tool. The system should allow editing existing Learning Assignment.
- CSOD allow our organization to record live training and publish them. This reduces the trainer time and avoid repeating the same training.
Before purchasing CSOD, we used Epicor HCM but unfortunately, this is an outdated system and the vendor offered poor service. CSOD offers much better structure and evolution.
