Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use CSOD to track our organization's compliance and regulatory training requirements utilizing learning objects, certifications, surveys, observation checklists, emails, and all reporting functionality. CSOD is our system of record for training requirements and has allowed for a seamless user experience with consistent reporting and metrics across the organization.
- Tracking of recurring training automatically via the use of certifications.
- Powerful reporting engine with real-time data.
- New, modern Learner Home UI.
- No dynamic training extensions based on on-leave or deployed user dates.
- Certification UI is not very intuitive to the end-user.
- Customer service response times has been a pain point, although much improvement has been made in this area recently.
- CSOD's Certification functionality has allowed our organization to track recurring training automatically in the system without having to manually track and assign upon each renewal. This has saved countless hours of administrator time.
I have managed several different LMS systems and CSOD is by far the most impressive. It's easy to use from both an end-user and an administrator viewpoint, has extensive features and functionality and a powerful reporting tool.
