Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use Cornerstone OnDemand for internal and external users. It makes it easy to upload content and manage our self-made content.

Pros

  • Creating playlists
  • Managing email templates
  • Creating certificates and custom pages

Cons

  • Reporting 2.0 could be improved.
  • Generating deep links should be easier along with the learning object.
  • There are many layers to some of the functionality.
The custom page build tool should be easier to use, more user-friendly and better to see.
