Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
It's used as one part of the learning platform that we've created.
- Easy to upload learning content
- Helps us to manage completions
- Great for keeping historical data
- Some completions are not tracked
- Lots of steps involved in uploading content
- Long delay between completion and marking the completion on user history
- A lot of time is spent trying to connect our custom system with Cornerstone OnDemand.
- We're really hindered by the gap in time between a user completing their training and the system collecting/providing that info back to us to show in their history.
- I really dislike that there is random downtime and we don't get info on why or how long it's going to be.
