Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use Cornerstone to develop and engage our employees. We also use it for compliance training. Over users interact with the cornerstone platform from our team. All compliance training and our performance process are done through Cornerstone. It has really helped us have all employees complete compliance items and performance items.

Pros

  • Integrating third parties to support training.
  • Client Success Center,
  • Ability to customize with HTML.

Cons

  • Slow Support.
  • Performance tool is less developed then learning.
  • Complete tools in new release.
  • Maintaining Compliance.
  • Increased Employee Engagement.
  • Time savings from automating learning and talent management.
It's a bit more limited.

Cornerstone is great for large-scale learning needs. If you need to get training out to a bunch of people, it's a great tool for assigning and tracking. If you're looking for an AI-based tool for performance, it's not ready for that. It's improving, but it's not quite there.
