Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use Cornerstone to provide learning resources to our employees and to launch specific Learning programs. We give access to 30.000 employees, and one of the problems is that a lot of employees don’t have a dispositive to access; we are creating a specific app to access.

Pros

  • Available in different languages.
  • The reports.
  • The usability.

Cons

  • The personalization.
  • It is’t too complicated to change a funcionalitie.
  • Is a complicated tool to admin.
  • Increased employee management.
  • Improve the knowledge of our employees and improve the service.
We used OKN in the past, and Cornerstone is a more complete tool.
We selected Cornerstone which offers to the possibility to create regional administration user, for the reports and the app.

Cornerstone is a great tool to Launch online training, but the experience is not the same as the presential.
