Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use Cornerstone OnDemand for all of our learning management. We house created courses and assign courses from the library (which has an additional fee for access). Our clients require that we have all of our employees take certain types of courses each year and this is all housed and maintained in Cornerstone OnDemand.

Cornerstone OnDemand worked for us at the beginning, but in my opinion the level of service has greatly declined. After refusing to let us out of our contract a year early due to no longer being a good fit, I found they changed their file feed method and became a more manual process for the team.
