Good experience but questionable costs!
Overall Satisfaction with Criteo Dynamic Retargeting
We use Criteo within the online marketing department currently for low funnel retargeting and will be introducing mid funnel in the next few weeks. This is particularly crucial during the busy Christmas period.
Pros
- Reports are clear and understandable
- Our account manager is really helpful and explains things clearly
Cons
- The costs can often seem confusing and lack transparency
- High COS which is being questioned by Senior Management
- However, on occasion, high levels of revenue are being offered
