Overall Satisfaction with Criteo Dynamic Retargeting

We have used Criteo on behalf of a retail client in both the UK and USA. It has delivered a good volume of sales and revenue on top of the other digital advertising we undertake as well as a good way of building and maintaining brand awareness.
  • Easy to use
  • Good reporting
  • Self management - easy and quick to change bids
  • More info on the re-targeting funnel - customer info
  • Better understanding from the account team on our client's business requirements
  • The USA campaign is coming in exactly on the target cost of sale in 2018
  • The UK campaign has worked well in 2017 but not working so well in 2018
We don't exclusively use Criteo but use this platform along with a range of other digital marketing platforms.
It is ideal for retail clients where it can build bespoke ads based on products a potential customer has viewed. I would struggle to see the benefits of Criteo for some of our travel clients where a bespoke ad would be harder to build and we could use Google Display Network for re-marketing
