CRM and Deals assists in making sure that the business process is always followed and the queries are attended to as soon and they come in.

- Add notification to manager when there is a ticket with bad rating
- Its positive impact is that you can create micros which saves the agents time
- It easy to browse for tickets
- It easy to add internal notes for other agents to have an understanding what has been done on that particular ticket
Slack is mostly used for internal communicaction within the organization where else with CRM and Deals for Zendesk is used to communicate with customers and send micros. CRM and Deals for Zendesk help with tickets that need to be resolve when sent by customers and it makes it easy to follow process for the organisation.

People need to have clear communication skills and they also have to have product knowledge and strong time management.
