CRM and Deals for Zendesk is a big part of the organization that I work for, We use Zendesk for tickets that need to be worked on and it helps a lot when we need to send out micros to our customers. CRM and Deals assists in making sure that the business process is always followed and the queries are attended to as soon and they come in.

Cons

  • Customers should be able to rate tickets
  • A feature to add alternative email address
  • Add notification to manager when there is a ticket with bad rating
  • Its positive impact is that you can create micros which saves the agents time
  • It easy to browse for tickets
  • It easy to add internal notes for other agents to have an understanding what has been done on that particular ticket
I would rate CRM and Deals for Zendesk a 10 because it is very easy to use, it also easy to find open tickets and it makes communication very easy because you can create micros which saves the agents a lot of time. CRM and Deals for Zendesk make the day to day operations of the business very easy.
Slack is mostly used for internal communicaction within the organization where else with CRM and Deals for Zendesk is used to communicate with customers and send micros. CRM and Deals for Zendesk help with tickets that need to be resolve when sent by customers and it makes it easy to follow process for the organisation.

People need to have clear communication skills and they also have to have product knowledge and strong time management.

I would likely recommend the organization to renew my use of CRM and Deals for Zendesk because it is very user friendly; it's is easy to understand and its also makes its easy communicate with customers and to keep track of all the customer interactions. CRM and Deals for Zendesk is a great tool for communication because its also allows you to personalize interactions.

If I had to do it again I would not change my evaluation and selection process.
