By leveraging these tools, I was able tom improve customer interactions, track sales opportunities, and facilitate seamless communication between trans. The integration enabled my support team to manage leads more efficiently, resulting in increased conversions and customer satisfaction. My experience using these tools has equipped me with valuable skills in sales pipeline management and customer engagement strategies.

I am giving CRM and Deals a rating of 9 because of the benefits it has given us in terms of how they supported our customer support operations. While there are improvements that are identified and need to be worked on, overall it was a great tool for us at customer support.
CRM and Deals for Zendesk have more features that can support various businesses compared to Assembled. Whilst Assembled is more suited for workforce management and forecasting, it lacks the features that are needed in addressing customer support requirements and integration, which CRM and Deals for Zendesk can definitely provide. I can say Deals and CRM are more advanced compared to Assembled.

CRM and Deals for Zendesk was well suited in streamlining customer support integration, managing our sales pipeline and collaboration with our other departments. The scenarios wherein Deals and CRM are less appropriate are high volume chat support, wherein these tools are not well equipped in handling such large volume of interactions especially during peak periods.
