Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM)

We use the automated accessibility scans provided by Crownpeak DQM to assist with manual auditing. It is especially useful for enterprise-level organizations that have multiple digital properties. By leveraging DQM's analytical and benchmarking data, we are able to inform and create efficiencies within our manual digital accessibility process. DQM enables us to:
  • Quickly assess which websites are the highest risk and have the most errors
  • Gather trends and commonalities around recurring issues across multiple sites
  • Have a snapshot of a customer's progress on automated accessibility remediation both across the whole organization or site-by-site
  • Automated WCAG testing
  • Accessibility benchmarking across an organization's total websites
  • Differentiate between A, AA, and AAA issues
  • Compare accessibility, SEO, and usability in order to understand how the initiatives support each other
  • Easy admin functionality
  • Customization capabilities
  • Pages with many issues can take a longer time to load

I had a small learning curve in order to become fluent with the platform as it doesn't work like the other automated accessibility tools that I've used. However, once I was up to speed, I like it better than any of the other tools and find the data more useful, digestible, and relevant.
