Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak Universal Consent Platform

We utilize Crownpeak Universal Consent Platform [and the] AdChoices/Evidon opt-out solution across our ad campaigns in order to provide users with the ability to opt-out from being targeted via 1p/3p data. Not all accounts at our company utilize this offering, but a good number do (including the account that I work on).
  • Easy-to-use UI - straightforward navigation, minimal issues
  • Simple implementation when it comes to tagging
  • Helpful support team when issues arise (that rarely happens, however)
  • I do sometimes run into issues implementing our account's logo within our overlay, however I haven't run into these problems at all over the past few months!
  • Not entirely sure, as my role is not involved with the financial side of our company.
I have not utilized any other products or offerings similar to those of Crownpeak in the past.

Yes

If you are utilizing consumer data to target specific audiences/segments of users, Crownpeak and its offerings can be extremely beneficial in providing users with the ability to opt out of data targeting if they so choose.

If you aren't utilizing any kind of user data across ad campaigns that you're running, it may not be as beneficial. However, I'm not completely up to speed on all of Crownpeak's offerings outside of AdChoices/Evidon, so I'm sure that there are many other products and use cases outside of the one case described above.

Ease-of-use, straightforward, rarely has any issues.

Using Crownpeak Universal Consent Platform

As stated, the UI is rather easy to navigate and it serves its intended purpose. Pulling tags from the Evidon UI is straightforward, and implementation issues are quite rare.
